Big update.

FIXES:
- Improved the readability of the script list in the script selector.
- Fixed the delay between login and welcome screen handler.

WEB WALKER:
- Fixed some dialogue for using charter ships.
- Added the observatory to the web.
- Updated Veos to support first time interaction.
- Fixed the a customs officer link.
- Fixed the fairy ring config.
- Fixed ring of wealth links.
- Added support for new skills necklace widget.

MISC:
- Initial Darcula release. This might bring some gui bugs. Many more to come.
- Added map collision debug.
- Minor bug fixes.

The client should automatically update when you run it and place the old .jar in a folder in the same directory it is contained within named 'old osbot jars' or something along those lines.

This is a dev build, not a stable one. If you want to use this dev build, then you'll have to update manually, but otherwise you can stick with the stable version. The stable version won't contain the dev build changes, but will be stable.

In the future consider adding Slayer ring links.

I've been working directly with Patrick on web links, I find he's very willing to add links if you send him the required data.
