Just a couple small improvements and fixes this week.

API CHANGES:
- Added Inventory#getSelectedItemIndex() and Inventory#getSelectedItemId()

FIXES:
- Inventory dropAll now deselects items if needed to prevent getting stuck.

WEB WALKER:
- Fairy rings now checks for config instead of fairytail II quest completed.

MISC:
- Minor bug fixes
