Just an update on this, I have successfully written a method to check if an account is banned, it takes 1 or 2 seconds to check an account, and does so by logging into the RuneScape website and checking the account settings page. I will integrate this into the GUI tonight or tomorrow

hey... well currently im doing 3 orders as well as montana and none of the other accounts are banned. my service is 100% hand done and not botted and if i were botting then i would of been banned off these forums a while ago and looking at my feedback and rep, all the services i have done, i have had no problems with at all because i train legit. i can't provide screenshots as i dont use osbuddy anymore and i use the oldschool runescape client instead. however as i said i don't bot i dont understand how montana's account has been banned and looking back at his profile on the runescape website it shows that he has botted on the account before and also i see that he gold farms too. i don't think this should be my fault but i would like to hear what the mods think about this and i am here to make a rep and offer my services legit. none of the accounts that im doing services for have a problem or have been banned so im confused on how this is my fault

Konduit has a bug where when you're not active for a while or lose internet connection the client window will close and display an error. If you don't completely restart Konduit it doesn't load the settings, so it won't take automatic screenshots either. Unfortunately in most cases similar to this there's no way to tell who was the one botting on the account and we usually have to trust our gut feeling, which is sadly not always correct. Given the fact that it had a moderate bot busting ban earlier this could've definitely been a delayed ban, when there's an update that happens to a lot of people. In conclusion, we're not going to force a full refund in this case, you will however have to refund @dab the remainder of the service that you didn't manage to complete.
