Unfortunately there are some wrong conditions for links in the webwalker which I cannot modify as a scripter, that link was coded as if it only required agility level so it may happen on accounts that have high enough agility level to use it. Yes if you use the quick start options it will use magic and safespot it, or if you create your own preset that contains a spell
