Without our community OSBot wouldn't have been where it is today, which is why we decided to host this event for all of you OSRS players and botters! The event is an interactive happening and will take place in Oldschool Runescape. As the title says, this will be a riddle event. Let's explain how it will work. First of all, when the event starts, I will post a riddle with the world where the event will take place on a locked thread so you can check the riddle whenever you want to. Secondly, the hard work is for you. You will have to solve the riddle and it will lead you to a specific location in Runescape. @Khaleesi will be my accomplice on this as he will be the one hiding. The first person to find him, receives a point. The exact procedure on how to win a round, will be explained later on. There will be a total of 5 riddles (don't bother searching for them on the internet because you won't find them, I made them all up myself). Make sure to have your teleport necessities, possibly some food and other supplies ready before the event starts! After you've found @Khaleesi, you have to complete this procedure in order to gain the point and win the round. The first thing you have to do is, find @Khaleesi. You then need to take a picture on which I can see both the answer/action when you've reached the correct location he'll be there somewhere and will have registered the rs name of the first person to tell him the correct answer or execute the correct action, you can take a picture using Gyazo/Puush/.... Forward the picture to me (@Dex) using the PM system. We will compare and if we deem the picture to be legit, you will be the winner of the round. Keep in mind that only the first person to give @Khaleesi the correct answer/action ingame will receive a point, after that he will be moving to the next location. You'll have to say the "I have a dream" when you reach @Khaleesi ingame and take a screenshot of it with your rs name still visible. Some people might think that there will be a mass ban when you participate in this event. I have also taken this into account upon creating the event. Because we do not have one specific location (e.g.: Warrior's Guild) it will be harder to even impossible for Jagex to bust us. I was experimenting. I had one aim: to make the most human fighter I could possibly make with zero bans. Of course there are always ways to make it better, and I would love to hear feedback on additional features, however small, to make it more human-like. I'm most likely going to be using many of these features in another project, but for now I'd like to demonstrate them as a chicken killer. This script is perfect for fresh accounts - start from Lumbridge castle and say you want 20/20/20 stats and that's what it will do! Features: Input desired stats and script will stop once acquired Feather looting Bone burying Antiban/Antipattern Chance of hovering over next chicken when current chicken is about to die Chance of right clicking and hovering over 'attack' for next chicken Won't always find closest next chicken (typical bot behaviour) When competing over the same chicken with another player (for example both running to the same chicken), the script will choose a different chicken if they are going to get there first Chance of changing between valid combat styles upon leveling Random short afk breaks (simulating tabbing out, changing youtube video, replying to messages etc...) Loots in regular bursts Smarter looting More human-like bone burying Camera moving (arguably pseudo-antiban) Nearly all these chances are based on a random profile, which again is randomised every ~40 mins It's likely that some of the antiban features are entirely useless. Reading over scripts and coaching each scripter on what's needed to get accepted is very time consuming. I have no problem instantly denying scripts if you want me to move over to that model.

Although there are a ton of bugs I should probably be working on, I went ahead and cleared my schedule a bit to release one of the most requested features; full command-line support. As a bot farmer, you can start up a new client with a proxy, start a bot, and start a script with all the settings you want. If you write scripts you will notice a new method at your disposal, getParameters(). I'll explain this a bit below. The two new flags are "bot" and "script". Just to make it clear, "bot" only starts up a new bot and "script" will only work if you have a "bot" set (because how can you start a script without a bot active?). Anyways the flag values for script are: scriptid:params // Will attempt to load an SDN script automatically. Get the script id of your script from the logger when you run the SDN script. scriptname:params // The script name is the name found in the ScriptManifest Issue: If your local script ScriptManifest is using a number as the name, it will be mistaken as an SDN script. So the parameters are totally up to the scripter. For instance: -script 123:bank,loot,warriors It will be up to the scripter to take those script parameters, parse them, and apply the settings custom to his/her script. This will avoid the need of having a user interface which the botter would otherwise need to have settings. I'm not sure why two were sent through but you clearly state you received one payment. The moment you were unable to carry out your side of the transaction you should have acted in the way you've told us you will without the need for a dispute.

Pros: - Updates are instant, no waiting times - More fightzones are supported Cons: - Sometimes if an object is altered, the changes are not instant - Restarting the script too many times requires loading this webwalker each time which adds unnecessary memory (there is no way to make it only load at client startup since I don't control the client) Walking system 2 This is the default OSBot webwalking API - it is relatively new and very stable since the developers have built it, but is currently lacking certain fightzones (e.g. stronghold) and other high level requirement zones. It is perfect for normal walking (no object interactions or stairs, entrances etc) and never fails. Pros: - Stable, works perfect for normal walking - All scripters are giving code to improve the client webwalker - More efficient when restarting the script since it is loaded upon client start Cons: - No stronghold support yet - Some new/rare fightzones not supported yet - If there is a game-breaking update or an unsupported fightzone, it may take some time to add/repair (less than 24 hours usually) So which system should I choose? Hello, for more information that will entirely clear up any issues about this case: At first, I had sent $25 through paypal using my bank. I did not know that it takes 3-5 days for bank transactions to go through. That payment is still pending. He had told me he cancelled it (because there is no option for me, i even called paypal and my bank) , which seems to be untrue at the moment. After he told me he had cancelled it, i figured out how to send money immediately through paypal, this payment was also $25 which he FULLY received. He has told me on Skype last night, that he will be refunding the money on thursday (makes very little sense to me). I had also told him that IF the pending transaction goes through i would like that immediately refunded, to which he agreed. I have done everything in my power to have that pending transaction NOT go through, and I don't think it will. This entire situation can be squashed as soon as i get my deserved money back. I am not deeming Eroxic/Matt to be hated or disliked by others, I am not a man who holds grudges or a man of hate. I just want this figured out. Thank you all for your help.

They most definitely track mouse movements and clicks. I think it's one of the primary ways that they dish out bans. low to mid-tier bots, even a lot of premium scripts don't have randomized mouse movements and they have clear set patterns over a certain period of time. I whole-heartedly believe that if there were advanced features that recorded your human mouse movements while you played and then incorporated them into the bots that it would drastically reduce ban rates. I mean just looking at the methods that Jagex can use to differentiate a bot from a human player is finite. It has to be within the way that the game is accessed/played within an account. Mouse movement, time played/day and total time spent playing compared to not playing, xp gained over a period of time, whether your using a form of a mirror client or accessing the game directly via third party software, the activities that are done on your account, etc. One of the few things that the actual botter doesn't have control over is the mouse movements within a script. The botter can change the things they bot, determine how long they bot for each day, etc. can all be managed by the botter. However, mouse movement is all up to the scripter. That being said I think that mouse movement randomization and making it more human-like should be a high priority for scripters.

One of the things ive noticed about most fishing bots is they almost always instantly dismiss random events, maybe if you make the amount of time the bot takes to dismiss the event it would make it less machine like? I'm sure many of you have already noticed, a rank change took place over this weekend. The purpose of this change was to tackle two issues: 1. The very large gap between SDN Scripter and Official Script Developer. 2. New scripters releasing premium scripts. By breaking down the scripter community into three tiers instead of two, we were able to solve pretty much everything. The breakdown: Scripter I Entry-level rank and assigned to scripters upon the release of their first script. Benefits include client VIP privileges; must maintain an active script on the SDN. Scripter II Scripter I members may apply for this rank provided they have at least one month on the forums. At this point in time they are assigned a test based on Java and the OSBot API. A passing score of 4/5 is required, failed tests result in test cooldowns. Benefits include VIP client privileges and the ability to release premium scripts. Must maintain an active script on the SDN. Scripter III Scripter II members may apply for this rank provided they have at least three months on the forums. Selection process is very competitive and can take anywhere between two months to over a year. The application is multi-faceted and is geared toward grading a scripter as a programmer. Benefits include VIP client privileges, ability to release premium script, and the opportunity to work in special duties such as SDN Manager. Provided there are no pending disciplinary actions, does not need to maintain an active script on the SDN.
