You need to fill in both sides. You put in Bot for 30 minutes min, 0 minutes max. Break for 60 minutes min, 0 minutes max. So it's just defaulting to 0 and nulling out. If you want flat 30 on and 60 off, put 30 in each box top box and 60 in each bottom box.
