Depends on your definition of flagged. If you mean like just creating the account on the ip gets the account banned, then I have run over 3k accounts on a single IP without any issue like this. They were suiciders and they lasted roughly the same time as the first account to the last.

You will need to ask the scripter developer for the ID. And if there's no parameters just put something random like 0
