Save the account and proxy file located in local of OSBot folder if you don't wanna lose that information saved in the client. OSBot folder location -> C:\Users\Computer_Username_Here\OSBot

If VPN is enabled, disabled it. Changing DNS server to Google's(8.8.8.8) or Cloudflare's(1.1.1.1) Other than that you can try opening a fresh VM and see if it opens in there. If it does then there's some kind of program messing with OSBot and stopping it from launching properly. Other wise it's probably network based blocking
