just my 2 cents ( sorry but gotta help blackspear out ) its quite obvious here that the 20m in items are GONE there will be no refund for them since its impossible to determine and the owner should have taken the items of and or had a bank pin established which wouldn't of mattered anyways since it gets deleted after a period of time so removing the items would of been the only option available as to the 40m for the service in my opinion it doesnt matter what his terms of service states cause the global terms are no one shale be scammed <---- if the user who is wanting the service ( and may i add ) payed the 40m upfront and everything ( at this time xo kid thought the user didn't even have a osbot account ) now since the user has the account he blames other things etc etc which is suspicious to me since it makes the user needing the service more vulnerable and xo kid has been stating xyz over and over which proves absolutely nothing seems to me that since the user has payed upfront and ( the items has went missing ) if xo kid stated in skype why were you on the account etc etc it was simply a luring tactic to ensure that the user would log in a check on his account and everything and make sure he is getting what he has ALREADY PAID FOR and to have the fact xo kid broke the terms of agreement and didnt update him etc etc i can go on and on with simple explanations here on how the USER IS RIGHT IN THIS SITUATION AND NO FRAMING IS OCCURRING THE USER SHOULD FORFEIT HIS 20m LOST XO SHOULD HAVE TO REFUND THE PAYMENT THAT HAS BEEN ALREADY PROVIDED ( 40m ) OTHERWISE THIS GOES AGAINST GLOBAL TERMS INWHICH A USER HAS BEEN SCAMMED FOR NO SERVICE AND ALSO MAY EVEN IN DANGER OTHERS IF NOTHING OF THE SORT IS ATLEAST COMPROMISED IN THIS SITUATION you may go ahead and give me a warning but seeing as XO is trying to AVOID this i think its necessary for him to understand he is in the wrong here 100% and the fact he is trying to confuse the moderators with other pointless things in stupid if he never received the 40m and the 20m went missing and this dispute was here then yeah his claims may have some meaning but thats nothing of the sort and seems to me XO is the one here not following simple rules of engagement by declining a basic refund or completion of service

97.9% of the time, people complain that the script they are using is shit because it got their precious account banned. News flash, you were probably banned because you werent using the script correctly. Now what do I mean by using the script correctly? Simple, if a script thread has something along the lines of '100 hour proggy!', 'can run forever', 'no need for breaks', or whatever comes to mind, this doesn't mean you should run the script for this long, this is simply an example of 1 silly person who decided to run the script this long successfully, and the script writer is trying to use it to bait in more customers. I can almost guarantee, if you are running a script for more than 24 hours at a time with no extended breaks, your account is going to get banned 4/5 of those times, this is because jagex knows more about you than you think, they know your timezones, they know the time you usually play, they know how long you usually play for as well, its all recorded, every single login and logout time is just sitting there for them to read. So when I say extended breaks, I mean, if you bot for 6 hours, set up the break handler to break for 2-3 hours. This way, your typical botting day is made up of around 16 hours botting, and 8 hours of breaking. This then reduces your chance of getting banned to 1/5.

The fact remains that you're refusing to refund the 40M that you did not have to do any work for. This is however exactly the reason why we instated the global TOS. There's no evidence of who took that 20M, so you can't be held resposible for that. But there's also no evidence of him logging onto the account as far as I can see. So you're going to have to refund him the 40M he paid for the service.

Why don't you understand that if someone wants to get all of your data, they will. All I need to do is just turn on wireshark, look at my connections, and grab the data. You don't sanitise any data in the update page, you use deprecated MySQL in signature.php, you rely solely on mysql_real_escape_string (which will not escape certain characters like \ and \x00). At least you mask errors, that's a start.

Recently got back into RS3 the past weekend, instantly could tell the community is generally so much better than on oldschool. If you don't like EoC, you could at least use revolution / legacy mode. Bossing seems to be very interesting now as well. Wish more people would give RS3 a chance honestly. Whilst training crafting at GE came across a lot of people that have similar experiences to me and enjoyed the live game when they actually played it for once. It's not for everyone, but people shouldn't be so quick to dismiss the thought of trying RS3. Think it's time to make the switch back and catch up on what I've missed.

The only scandal at the moment is you bitching on this topic because you are getting banned due macroing ... -_- Jagex focusses very hard on tut island to catch pll making accounts... Not even saying that if you get 1 account banned on a certain IP, the rest of the accounts made on that IP will be banned too. You clearly have no idea what's going on or no idea how to bot properly.
