It's been exactly a week since I last had a cigarette and I am pretty proud of myself considering I have gone from a solid 15-20 cigarettes a day over the past 4 years to fully quitting. I vaped for the first couple of days but then thought if i'm going to replace one addiction with another what is the point so I stopped using that also. The first 3 days were awful I was getting pretty bad headaches from nicotine deprivation and I wasn't much fun to be around but now I feel better for it already! Hoping I will carry on with this as I've recently started playing football again and that was the wake up call I needed really. I was the most unfit I have ever been and coughing my lungs up after 5 mins of running around. Anyways just thought I would share this with any of you who may give a shit Currently at: 1 month without a cigarette!

The same goes with any site, I understand. People fall into scamming. I used to be a scammer, I know a few friends that used to scam. A few of our ex staff members will admit to scamming back in the day and so will a lot of other people that are trusted now. The difference is, can you grow up and move on from the immature life you once lived. I get angry when I think about how immature and stupid I was with pixels. I consider our site to be very good compared to other sites with scam. We've had one major thing happen with the scams.

I only want to say this , i wish that everyone on this server were as trust as this ex-staff , it would make this site better like 1000%! Sorry @Maldesto, but as you know this website is kinda dangerous when talking about scams ...

I was wondering how you guys view the ex staff members, do you see the title and think trusted/respected? How do you personally view it? If you see ex staff do you think they should have done something of value while on the staff team? Answer these few questions How long should they have served before being eligible for the rank? Do you think they should get it for doing minimal work and never being active after their departure from the team? They consist of hiding posts, doing reports by the users, deleting posts, hiding threads, handling disputes, approving topics/posts, moving threads to different sections, going through and cleaning up sections, editing posts to meet the rules, editing profiles to meet the rules, and editing peoples member titles. The number one person with mod logs is @Smart He served for a long time and did a lot of work. He accumulated over 13,000 Mod logs. I will not go on with the list, but he was by far the most active member of the staff while he was here and did the most work while he was a moderator. That being said, mod logs are considered to be pretty much the only sign of activity, that along with handling disputes. So I ask you this now, do you think someone with less than 300 logs should be an ex staff member? Knowing it takes about 1 month to get 300 logs if you don't do much. One of our newest mods has over 700 in the few months he has been here. The forums have been slower than usual when others were staff, and he still accumulated over 700 since december. Barb fishing works pretty well, 2 hours before logging out by itself. I always do 2 hours fish 1 hour rest 2 hours fish 1 hour rest and it works awesome.

Welcome to the club man!! I quit last year in march, and honestly; I don't even remember why I started smoking in the first place. Quit cold Turkey, went from a pack a day to nothing. Was rough the first week and the months after due to asshole friends who have to offer a smoke everrrrryyytime we went out. lol Congrats though! Thanks guys hopefully i'll live a lil bit longer now This brought a tear to the eyes brother! Yeah I've realised that there is much more to it than just causing harm to myself. It will also cause pain to my kids in the future and surely they may then follow in my footsteps and I wouldn't want that at all. Even after a couple of days I could smell the smoke on people and I was just thinking to myself "wow I must of smelt like that at one point" it really did open my eyes. I feel a hell of a lot better for it and I appreciate the support man

You're always chatting a storm in the chatbox so don't try to blame social anxiety as a reason to avoid a clearly justifiable limitation. And even if you were, you have the equal opportunity to to grasp through, if you really had a problem with social anxiety you'd probably be even more likely to fear conflict so you wouldn't have even made this post. i know for a fact even one of our moderators @Noah was a very shy character and still is today but has came through enough to become even staff. If you don't see what this limitation could possibly avoid then you're incredibly blind.

You're looking at the situation through very bias eyes. If you came here, brought an account got scammed you would not be very please that someone that has shown no level of trust or professionalism was allowed in the market as their play thing. Sure some people, the people who have no intention of scamming, also get caught in this net of not being able to sell. But most people understand why such a net is in place and either stick around and involve themselves productively in the community, get themselves known and build up a reputation or sell it elsewhere where there are no such rules. If you do not wish to contribute to the community that is your choice but then you must not complain because of that.

Well, here's the problem. You're new, so no one knows how trustworthy you are or if you're even going to stick around. You have absolutely no credibility from former sites (as far as we know), no post count and joined last month. Accounts are easily the riskiest thing someone can sell regarding RuneScape as they're easily recoverable, hence why there's such a limitation for those who sell and even then usually only trusted members can quickly sell an account. The limitation is there to protect buyers from malicious sellers who haven't first established themselves on OSBot and the market here. If these limitations are too much for you and not worth the effort, then I'd suggest you sell your account(s) elsewhere in a market who has fewer restrictions. OSBot is only looking out for its community's best interests and I'm glad we have laissez faire here.
