No, all sites claiming to be Bogla or Arcus are scams. Alch is the new big one. If I remember right Alch is owned by the original owner of Bogla before he sold it to Arcus.

Purchased gold from Arcus 2 days ago via paypal and they came with the excuse I would have to wait 24h, I knew at that time something was not right. After 24h I contacted them through livechat and they were able to block my IP or devices from contacting them, even with VPN I am not able to contact them 😂 so sad of them to “stain” their image and name for a few bucks.
