First off an introduction. My name is DudeAmI to most, Lemons to a few. I have been working on OSRS bots for a while (since ~2006), and hung around other communities that have risen and fallen. I am now ready to invest my time over here, and to start it off I will release my fully-functioning web walker! I am using the new version of osbot and i see that others are having this problem. You can't add any scripts it just lags or it shows the white scroll when u try to add a script. No 99's and your a scripter? Tut tut, scripters should have unbannable maxed accounts. Disappointed.

I stopped botting like 8 months ago, and started playing legit around mid december my stats so far working full time now though, so hardly have time to play anymore

Thanks for progress reports guys! @Shady I have taken into account the random response, which is why I disabled the default OSBot client's random handler and used my own, custom version which will be more difficult for jagex to patternize. I can implement a slower reaction to fishing spot changes if you guys want, or I could make it completely random so sometimes it responds fast, other times it waits for X-Y amount of seconds before changing

so just bought the script, impressed with everything and glad i got exactly what was stated on first page, i am concerned about the mouse speed and reaction to randoms and movement to new fishin spot.... i would like to know if you could incorpiate a mouse speed option and if not confirm my concern here with this currently at catherby if it matters doin sharks which i doubt.

You're always chatting a storm in the chatbox so don't try to blame social anxiety as a reason to avoid a clearly justifiable limitation. And even if you were, you have the equal opportunity to to grasp through, if you really had a problem with social anxiety you'd probably be even more likely to fear conflict so you wouldn't have even made this post. i know for a fact even one of our moderators @Noah was a very shy character and still is today but has came through enough to become even staff. If you don't see what this limitation could possibly avoid then you're incredibly blind.

You're looking at the situation through very bias eyes. If you came here, brought an account got scammed you would not be very please that someone that has shown no level of trust or professionalism was allowed in the market as their play thing. Sure some people, the people who have no intention of scamming, also get caught in this net of not being able to sell. But most people understand why such a net is in place and either stick around and involve themselves productively in the community, get themselves known and build up a reputation or sell it elsewhere where there are no such rules. If you do not wish to contribute to the community that is your choice but then you must not complain because of that.

Well, here's the problem. You're new, so no one knows how trustworthy you are or if you're even going to stick around. You have absolutely no credibility from former sites (as far as we know), no post count and joined last month. Accounts are easily the riskiest thing someone can sell regarding RuneScape as they're easily recoverable, hence why there's such a limitation for those who sell and even then usually only trusted members can quickly sell an account. The limitation is there to protect buyers from malicious sellers who haven't first established themselves on OSBot and the market here. If these limitations are too much for you and not worth the effort, then I'd suggest you sell your account(s) elsewhere in a market who has fewer restrictions. OSBot is only looking out for its community's best interests and I'm glad we have laissez faire here.

It has constructors that simply take X and Y coordinates; the ones that take Position instances merely grabs their X and Y coords

Alright that seems like enough evidence to assume that the proxy he provided you was not up to standard with your expecatations. Since he gave you a refund there's not a lot we can do though unless there's actual evidence of him selling proxies that are flagged by Jagex. His 'no refund' policy however will have to be changed, if the proxies are not what he advertises them to be then of course you should always be eligible for a refund.

I don't think we have ever met, but I am Noah, and I have been on the OSbot staff team for two months.
