Dear members of OSBot, Sadly I have noticed that these days it's a sort of competition to get postcount. People are challenging themselves to get like 100 posts each DAY. Sometimes even more. There is NO way you can do this without spamming. As I have seen SO many spam I am now warning everyone. If I see it happen again, me and the rest of the Staff will hand out punishments. This is not acceptable anymore. I have seen someone posting on an introduction thread OF A BANNED MEMBER. Guys, seriously? You don't even read the thread? You just post "Welcome" and actually all you care about is getting +1 post. You don't care that someone new joined? I do and that's why I like to welcome them and help them and that's why I post. Not because of the post count. This isn't a damn competition. You have to stay on-topic, no more arguments will be allowed with or without flame unless it's in the spam section or if it's actually related to the topic. Also your post has to benefit the direct cause of the topic, if not : just don't post and stop the spam. Understood? Lately i've been seeing a lot of hate on Anne and some on other mods over Led getting a warning strike and over a MM feedback rule. Please note this thread isn't against Occazn, the mother fucker actually uses logic and supports his arguments, not hating on him. From what I hear Led obviously tried bypassing a rule when saying the term he said, it can be argued but obviously that is what happened, the dude has even said he's retired from the forums so I don't understand why anyone would give two fucks anyways, it wasn't a ban, it was a warning, it's not like he breaks rules daily. SECONDLY, the new MM feedback rule that was put into place. Please note the staff at OSBot aren't magical mother fuckers, they can't update the bot or change things in a split second. Obviously the staff made a decision and didn't apply it yet, but starting enforcing it, this is the reason some people were angry that it wasn't in the list of rules. Anne even asked an admin if the decision was right and she was told it was, so all you people thinking screaming "DEMOTE" is going to work you're simply wrong lol. The new rule is going to be enforced and all the staff i've talked to is behind Anne. Without the rule you'd be getting two feedback for each trade which isn't fair. Lastly, this is a forum, the purpose of the mods is to keep the forum cleaned up and monitored, if you guys think going against them will work you're wrong, You have to see the argument from both perspectives and understand what the fuck is going on before you riot. Also: if you're wondering how hard it was to make a thread that actually made sense, it was very hard. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.

Not sure why you've had to bring the MM'ing feedback situation up in this topic... Anyway, Mentioning another bot is advertising? After hearing about that name, people will go onto google and start researching it. This could be detrimental to OSbot as we rely on people staying with us and paying for VIP in order to keep the bot free, so I can fully see why a warning is needed there. Just because he didnt give a full URL doesn't mean it's not advertising? I can say RuneScape, and that's advertising their game without giving you a link or a website URL. I believe all the staff team have a decent intellectual capacity and I believe they're running the forums pretty smoothly imo. As a person who seen as the person in charge or the one who has "power" over the users, they'll be continuously scrutinized and slammed for every little mistake they make. I'm talking from experience here, as a football (soccer) referee, I am hated and have my name dragged through shite if I make one slight mistake, and to be honest most people hate me due to the fact I have control over the game, not many people like to be controlled, it's human nature!! Nobody is perfect. Face it, EVERYONE makes mistakes, I do, and so do you. It's got to be hard for the staff running this site, constant questions, thousands of users and then little pests breaking rules, not to mention they're running there lifes, handling school commitments/work, family, etc. EDIT: what kind of example are you all setting? How do you think this looks to potential VIP/Sponsors when they log on to the site for the first time, you lot all arguing and going against the staff members. Get a hold of yourself, this forum used to be sooo friendly, everyone helped each other and there was no trouble, now you're all looking for it. Stop acting like spoilt pre-teen girls, and move on.

This isn't directed towards any moderator on here, I'm just trying to open up a discussion and see what the community thinks about it. I think moderators should operate these forums in a manner in which shows that they're an intellectual themselves and can show a professional aspect of being a moderator, but should also show that they can screw around and have fun. They also shouldn't focus on emotions in which bias is coming into play. Such as if you don't like somebody, you give them a harder punishment than others. A sort of action that recently happened that I do not approve of was when Led Zeppelin was given a warning for mentioning the word "aribot". The rules state you aren't allowed to advertise other websites. I'm fairly sure that just saying the word "aribot" isn't against the rules. If it is, then this forum might as well be operated by the Chinese government. The makers of this site made it so the name of other botting communities is censored for a reason. I honestly don't think they care, and mentioning another botting community isn't advertising it in any way at all. Regarding the recent rule of the MiddleMan not allowed to give the buyer/seller feedback. Who made that rule? The "trader" is there for a reason. It's a ring of feedbacks. I give everybody feedback, basically because we all participated in a trade, and all of us presented ourselves as trustworthy. I see no reason as to why we aren't allowed to give a feedback for MM'ing. I may edit more into this post later on if I feel the need to or if I discover another

The idea of anti-ban is to make bots seem like humans. The only way the system will catch us is if we are not creative enough. As long as we have basic anti-ban the only thing we have to worry about is being reported by other players and being banned by moderators. Therefor, we need to do something about that. Things that don't work - Random chatting seems too obvious - Logging out when J-mod is near by does shitall when running a combat script - Breaks... eruhmmm we kinda know this has no effect, unless the break kicks in while a J-mod comes, of course, again it does not work in combat Things that (might work) - (be sure to make it optional) Follow J-mod around, act like you support bot busting, if the J-mod says a phrase with the word "bot" in it, you do the "no" emote and act as though you where muted so you cannot be asked further or more complicated questions. Remember, if it's a fighting script for food to override the action! - Teleing, running the fuck away from monster then logging, having an input line of sort that when a J-mod comes near you say a series of lines, then doing one of the options above (tele/run). IF YOU KNOW ANY OTHER THINGS THAT -MIGHT WORK- BE SURE TO POST THEM IN THE COMMENT SECTION BELOW Also, in my Things that (might work) section I have nothing that prevents you from being reported by fellow players. Nope,it separates the dedicated users who deserve recognition as they put time and effort into contributing to the forums and the lay abouts that sit here and just grab every script they see without even posting a thankyou or contributing. I like the time online feature.

Well, so far this script is fantastic. I only have a couple suggestions/comments/glitches found: Walking - sometimes the script will right click -> "walk here" to a square 1-2 spots away. I understand if this is an antiban measure, but it's not at all human-like and it also wastes a lot of time. A lot of the walking portion of the script seems very rigid, but I understand it's in part to the osbot AI. Looting - at one point, the script was locked in "picking up mithril bolts." Restarting the script could not fix this error. I cannot tell you for sure why this happened, but I hypothesize that the mithril bolts it was trying to pick up dissapeared, and there was no failsafe to prevent the bot from continually trying to detect the item. Again, I can't tell you for sure why it couldn't handle picking up the mithril bolts. Looting (2) - often my pure has more than enough food with 6 lobsters, and will bank with food left over in my inventory. It would be nice if you could add eating to make space for loot, or perhaps allow the user to choose the food withdrawn (I assume you're working on that, you mentioned scripting smart eating). Looting (3) - My bot often picks up bones accidently and banks them. It's not a huge error, but it's definitely a waste of inventory space and also makes the script feel less "flawless." With all that negative feedback however, I'd also like to add that I love the paint, and your system for finding a target is A+. You also did a fairly good job with prioritizing fighting/looting. Thank you for this script, and I'd be more than happy to test more out for you in the future.
