Removed the following Bank API:

• int getScrollHeight()
• int getMinScrollHeightNeeded()
• int getMaxScrollHeightNeeded()
• boolean needToScrollUp()
• boolean needToScrollDown()
• boolean needToScroll()
• void scrollToSlot(int, boolean, int)
• void clickToSlot(int, int)
