It does masks your client into an "official client". Definetly could be in botwatch's heuristics, but most detection is handled by behaviour analysis.
This contradicts in macro recorder's low banrates though, but - they are basic by its very nature. Not much data output.
Do they detect hooks injected? We don't know. From a broad point of view, clients like RuneLite and OSBuddy are equivalent.
From what I've witnessed, the banrates don't seem to differ from mirror and stealth. Some people claim otherwise but have inconclusive results - like using HOME IP (on mirror) + Proxy (on stealth).
