What is considered "normal" for a decent script such as: perfect fighter, abyss crafter, zulrah killer. Just for 1 client instance? I have an i5 from 2014. I know there are a lot of factors involved, but how much is generally too much? Or to put it in other words - what is ur CPU and what u usually range from?

Jagex can still determine that you are using a proxy. If you bypass tutorial island without using one, u will not get locked. The system is a joke.
