Lol i actually submitted an appeal that went along the lines of "how come you guys unbanned t1." I got this as response: Hi there, Sometimes in extreme circumstances we ban individuals rather than accounts, and if specific conditions are met those individuals can be given a second chance; however, even in those cases their banned accounts are never returned to them. it's worth if they have a program that automates it. Not common, but if i'm building a mid to high level mains, I personally wouldn't build them off of tut accounts.

It's bad enough risking recovery from an individual but if an account gets passed around like that, I personally wouldn't buy it as it'd get messy who'd be responsible if the account gets recovered. Not that it matters since i'm done buying accounts and shooting myself in the leg lol.

People buy tuts expecting them to get banned relatively soon. No one would buy tuts to make them into mid level mains. Most of them are commonly used for suiciding blast furnace, wcing, etc.

registered e-mail doesn't affect the price at all. Only reason we ask if the seller's is original owner or not is so we know who's responsible if the account gets recovered. Accounts can be recovered with just creation ip without even access to registered/original email.

Idk, i've never not botted before so I didn't have a "cool down period." However, if a script fks up, from my experience, you're usually in the safe if you werent banned within 2-3 days.

Think you guys are mixing up hair designers with barbers. Barbers that simply put razors to your head and give you a good enough cut will be $7-$20. However, hair designers that come out of hair art schools (yes it's a thing) do a wide spectrum of things from dying hairs, perms, knowledge of how to use a wide spectrum of scissors along with scissor techniques, do dreadlocks, etc. These lads and ladies easily charge $20+. And as @The Undefeated stated, these folks are able to cut your hair precisely as you want them to be cut. Heck there's a shop next to my university with an old guy that charges base $50 for a haircut. Not that I would ever go there... I get that nice $8 ROTC buzz cut lol.
