Though I see you point, the dispute you mentioned was due to the 'banned' usergroup not applying properly (don't worry, we're quite sure they still cannot access the forums). I will discuss if changes to the plugin are possible, to make it a lot more visible when somebody has a negative.

Look&feel seems a lot better imo but there's obviously issues we need to iron out.
