Sadly we normally can't do much with disappeared item disputes, because there's no way to prove who took them. However, @Crime has already been banned as a safety measure before he scams anyone else. Should he wish to sort his stuff out, he'll have to do so via Skype via one of us.

With 3 disputes being up against him, it seems likely he scamquit. Even if he is compromised, I've banned him to (hopefully) stop him from scamming anyone else. Should he wish to sort things out, he'll have to do so via Skype with us.

What I'd recommend is creating a new email, one that supports 2FA, link your osbot account to that email and then change your password to something you've never used before. That way there should be no way for them to get into your osbot account. As for how you got hacked; that's always a tough guess, but the most common way people get hacked is through re-using old passwords, be it for their email linked or the account in question itself. Hopefully we can implement 2FA on osbot sooner rather than later, but there's still work that needs to be done on that part. As for the refund, I look forward to an update on its status.

We'd like screenshots of your conversation and trade confirmation regardless. In this case, it would be you providing him the account details. Also, please provide us with a screenshot of his skype profile, alongside the message on which is provided said skype. (so we can confirm it's him)

Try a diff pc on the same network, or a diff network on the same pc and see if any of that fixes it.

You can try an account recovery - as in; you act like your can't access your account anymore, they'll look into it and you might get lucky. There is another way but for that to work your account would actually need to have been hacked/in hands of someone else.

And I can imagine that, which is why you, like I said before, should've posted a warning appeal and we would've figured it out. And if you only wanted to talk to ProjectPact about the point you should've sent him a pm. Being on a public forum means that the public is going to chime in.

You never blamed me, you blamed staff. By extent you blamed me. If you want the point to be temp you just post a warning appeal, you don't report like 5 posts, make a dispute and about 7 posts about how you feel it shouldn't be there. The entire point of a staff team is that it's a team and therefore decisions are often made collectively. That doesn't mean we discuss every single thing we do, it means we trust each other to make the right decision. Which in this case, clearly, was warning you. I did use my own judgement, just now, when I posted yet another verbal warning.
