Closing this dispute. You haven't provided us with sufficient evidence that proves Chuckles recovered the account, you could have had it compromised yourself. I'm deciding not to move forward with this dispute due to you having multiple unresolved scam cases off-site. We dont TWC people on request because they're toxic or don't want to verify during trades. If you're unhappy with how the person acts or the way they trade, then just don't trade them.

Looks like the user was banned in 2014 from this site for scamming. Since they aren't a member here currently we can't really do anything, like a user suggested you can maybe find them on Sythe, but this isn't really something we can do anything about. You may want to consider actual legal action, not much we can do from here on a RuneScape forum.
