You're still not posting what I asked lol. No cut up screen shots. Just go right now and take screenshots in chronological order of your conversation with him from start to finish and then paste the links here in order. This helps us have evidence for the dispute.

I don't want screenshots of two or three words here and there. I want full chatlogs between you two from the beginning to when you asked about the accounts.

Can you please show me full chat logs of the transactions as well as you contacting him regarding this. Please don't split them up, we can hide them so only moderators can see them if they contain sensitive info.

Looks like they may have just been locked not recovered. Have you tried contacting the user yourself before you opened this dispute? I've placed Jacob in TWC and requested he assist us in unlocking them for you.
