You can't allow someone to bot on your account and get upset when it gets banned. Bans are a risk of botting and since you didn't mind if the servicer botted the account, you are fully responsible for your own accounts ban. You don't get to choose compensation after the fact.

Can you show us it happening? Like record a video or do you get thrown any errors? Whats also running on your computer when it shuts down? Is it possibly an anti-virus you've recently installed closing the process? Can you show us whats installed on your machine, you may possibly have a virus or malware? We need more info than just it's shutting down.

It takes less than 48 hours for the funds to show up on your card, especially since these are business days. When they get refunded you need to send the money back to the original PayPal.
