Ok so reading over the logs I've created a diagram to visually explain what is going on here. While you may claim that he is responsible, the chat logs very clearly did not match as well as what @RsgpDeals pasted into the PM to you, did not match your skype conversation which is a big red flag. Also going to his profile it claims his ONLY skype is oldschool.deals. It is very common for large sellers to have impostors with the "live:" usernames taken to pretend to be them. We have no way of knowing who the impostor is, it could be RsgpDeals, and with the same logic and without proof it could also be you. And who knows, a lot of the times these impostors don't even use our forums logged in, as profile links are easy to get publicly. We can't place responsibility on anyone. It's unfortunate when these type of scams happen but theres not much we can do other than warn users to make sure you are talking to who you think you are. (VERIFY USERNAMES ALWAYS on the forums). I've removed the feedback. I am sorry for your loss.

Theres no cutting and pasting. The messages don't match up because you were not speaking to RsgpDeals. You were speaking to an impostor who was pretending to me RsgpDeals to you, and he was pretending to be you to RsgpDeals so that he could get him to send a PM confirmation. He added 'you' today because the impostor added him, pretending to be you, to get him to pm you on the forums. The messages do not match up from the PM he sent you which should be a redflag as well.

@RsgpDeals can you show a screenshot of the Skype ID you're speaking to accompanied by the logs? @PandaX6 you're speaking to live:oldschool.deals not oldschool.deals, those are different names. The 'live' name is not RsgpDeals skype. The impostor is most likely talking to you and him at the same time to have him pm you but it's actually him. The chatlogs also dont match up, which makes sense if its an impostor on both sides.

@PandaX6 can you please provide some information for this to backup your feedback? Screenshots, chatlogs, etc.
  7. Thanks. Dispute closed. Trade With Caution will remain for the time being due to the nature of this dispute and the users current off-site status due to multiple similar disputes.
  8. I've removed one of the feedbacks since they technically were not both supposed to be left for you since it was one service. I removed the OSRS Butlers one as it had rude unneeded comments and unnecessary information.
  9. @RUNGOLD you will need to refund @woops you die the full service amount. We've come to this decision due to the admission of the use of proxies while training the account and claiming it is safer or to prevent this. Trading gear back and forth (if you were) and especially playing in general on an IP owned by a data center (99% of proxies) and if that proxy was being used by many more accounts is most likely the culprit of the ban, be it a chain ban from other accounts being trained and traded or trading items to this account specifically. It's hard to tell exactly but I highly recommend not using proxies to trade and train on users accounts of higher value due to this sort of risk.

  12. I don't conduct dispute business through discord PMs and currently cannot middleman. I recommend working with a trusted or verified MM to complete the trade. Please let me know when it is complete.
  13. Seeing as the account is literally advertised as being CLEAN with no bans, @gearing you will need to refund the full cost @Fiascoist paid for the account. Please don't play it off to the customer as if its his fault because he bought a pking account, you're false advertising and should have told the user it got a ban since the account sale thread before you sold it. And @Fiascoist when the refund is complete please return the account to @gearing.
  14. You purchased accounts from someone with 10 post count....... We clearly have a rule that even just requires users to have 100 post count to even submit a sale thread for approval. You should know better. I've placed him in TWC and requested him to respond, but in the future you need to be more careful who you buy accounts from... because this happens 99% of the time. User also hasn't been online since August and hasn't responded to a previous warning, so we will see if he responds.
  15. I placed the user in TWC and requested him to respond here.
  16. You purchased an account from a user with 20 post count. You need to familiarize yourself with our rules and only buy from users who are allowed to sell accounts on our forums (100+ Post Count + Approved Threads). I've placed @MasterOFarmer in TWC and requested him to respond here but he has not been on since June. This may be a lost cause, but I recommend being way more careful in the future who you buy accounts from.
