  1. Since the companies don't really have the security such as a bank would or something such as PayPal, I really wouldn't put it past any of them at all to pull the stunt. It's the perfect scheme really. Pretty odd it happens right when BTC hits a large spike as well.

Since we're not Jagex, there is only so much we can ask a servicer to do to prevent themselves from being accused of botting and providing full screenshots of the service is at least one of them. Unless any more proof can be provided I'm going to have to close this dispute.

  12. You owe him 10.5m. He wanted the payment Saturday, you didn't give it. I'm not getting whats hard to understand here. Pay chuckles the remaining gold and complete the email transfer, this can be resolved quickly.
  13. According to screenshots apparently not, can you provide proof? You told Chuckles that you'd give him the rest on Saturday, and it's now Monday and it looks like you haven't paid.

You sold an account to the user, taking their money, you recovered the account from a user, scamming them, suspected nothing would happen, and are upset when we demand you refund them? You realize that's not how this works right? User has been banned, if he wishes to return he will need to refund you, in full, and will remain in TWC for the unforseeable future.

    Yeeaahhh... safety for our users is more important than letting them risk having an account recovered. Stick around and become a lot more trusted. We don't allow users to rush into selling accounts for a reason.
