User has been banned, thanks for the report!

I've been contacted recently about a higher than normal amount of people being duped by impostors. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I just want to stress to ALWAYS ask for a PM confirmation on the forums if you're speaking on Skype or Discord, even if you don't think you need to. No reputable user will deny doing so. Do so especially if the reputable user added you first. I also highly suggest copy-pasting your conversation between each other to match up time-stamps and messages, to make sure you're actually speaking to the real person, and not a man in the middle. There's nothing wrong with asking for forum confirmation and any of our trusted members in the market are happy to do it for you! Below is an example of what to watch out for: This is an impostor's skype. Notice the old picture, wrong name and incorrect Skype id (if there is a "_1" or additional numbers at the end it may be a giveaway it's not the right person) A user like this WILL most likely give you an excuse as to why he can't send you a pm on the forums, and try to convince you to trade anyways. (Because he's an impostor!) This is Fratem's real skype. Notice his Skype id matches his listed on his OSBot profile and the picture matches his current one. Those are some things to lookout for. If this all matches up, a user like this wouldn't deny you a forum pm confirmation. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Looks like he's viewed the thread and hasn't cared to respond or put any input. He has been banned. If he wishes to return he'll have to fully refund you.

@Jonahftw has been refunded the 4m and gearing removed from TWC. My last post regarding Jarland's account shop will stand. Glad this could be sorted.

Gearing and Jarland have been placed in TWC. They will have 24 hours to refund you the 4m OSRS. As for their internal conflict of knowingly selling people large bunches of banned accounts, you just can't do that, that's not how this works. Jarland will be staying in TWC and his level 3 shop closed, since he knows theres a problem with the product and insists on selling it still, then he's not fit to have a shop open. As well as knowing the problem and not offering proper refunds, but THEN offering the not-junk accounts. That's a shady and disgusting tactic. Same goes for anyone selling accounts provided by him, any attempt in doing so will result in further consequences and rights to sell accounts on the forums revoked.

I suggest joining the OSBot discord to know exactly who you're talking to, the moderators are verified there so you'll see their rank.

User has been banned, if he wants to return he'll have to refund you what he has scammed you. I suggest you attempt a chargeback on the payment you sent.

We're not forcing him to refund you if you're not even going to bother to attempt a chargeback, it's been almost a week, you could have bothered to attempt the least that happens is you lose. Sorry but going to close this now.

@madago227 is in TWC and has 24 hours to cancel the chargeback or he'll be banned. Also @Anomaly can you swap your PayPal to English quickly and take a screenshot of the dispute screen?

We've unbanned tyoui since he has his account in his possession again. You're going to have to attempt a chargeback, you can't just refuse to try. If it gets denied that's when we'll continue here but if you're not willing to work with us and try we're going to have to close this.

It's not. We need conversations screenshots of proof of what you claim. Just because you ask about recovery info doesn't prove he's saying what you claim. If it's osbot pm screenshot and add me to the pm.
