konduit and runeloader , i have not used runeloader myself but heard some good things about it I always use konduit as my pk client even though i have osbot pro

If you have work to do do it when you get it dont hold it off , i always find if i finish my work way before its due i have more free time and less stress

To be honest this is not the best place to get advice about your mental health or any sort of problems you have , i dont have any personal experience with therapist etc . but it never hurts to try Goodluck
