Important information you MUST KNOW!!
-Any and All payments for orders are to go through me and nobody else. If you decide to disregard this warning then you are to be held accountable.
-VIP (priority orders) will cost an extra 15% but the benefit to this is that your order will be seen to before others.
-If you want us to purchase/gather items for you, it will cost an additional 10%. Ironman+ we will discuss on a case-by-case basis.
Terms of Service:
1. You will provide everything needed for the service. Unless stated and agreed upon otherwise.
2. You MAY NOT log into the account whilst a service is being done for you unless you have permission from the owner or the worker handling the service. If you log in without permission it will result in the termination of the service with NO REFUND.
3. When you order from our services, you accept and acknowledge that you must remove all unnecessary wealth off of the account. If you fail to remove said wealth, (unless given a valid reason), my workers and I are not responsible for any potential loss of wealth.
4. If my workers or myself are unable to complete an order, you will be refunded the value of what is left.
5. Myself and my workers reserve the right to decline any orders.
6. Any infractions to accounts while doing services are not our responsibility. We will be happy to provide any all screenshots throughout to prove it's hand done.
7. Leaving a vouch isn't mandatory but greatly helps!
8. No refunds will be given upon any bans because everything will be done by hand and no bots will be used during services (The money paid for services that have not been rendered will be refunded)
9. In the event of a Jagex rollback, we will not be held responsible to complete what was already done at the time of us posting screenshots before the rollback happens. Ex. If the order is 1-50 fm and we post screenshots of 1-30, we are not held responsible to compensate the levels lost in the event of a rollback.
10. Orders have to be completed through the @Ticket Tool v2#4039 system and employees are not allowed to offer orders outside of the scope of the @Ticket Tool v2#4039 system in the server. We are not responsible for any work done outside of it.
11. You must change the password of the account once the service has been completed
12. By ordering with us you agree to our TOS.
13. You understand (customer) that you are not to pay a @ Head Supervisor any sum of money that is equivalent or more than 200m and either you or the @ Head Supervisor will contact an Admin for further processing of the order. This is because our @Head Supervisor only have a 300m deposit.
14. We are not responsible in the event of any unwanted levels gained on your runescape account or the possibility of loss of your HC during our services, This is due to various factors such as but not limited to; Internet issues, Jagex Bugs, or any other reasons not beforementioned
