Dear community, Today we celebrate the two years existence of the OSBot forums. Exactly two years ago from now the forums were put online for the first time. In a few weeks from now the first release of the OSBot 1 BETA client was made two years ago and from there on the journey of OSBot started. Two years later and many faces have passed the revue, we are determined to get OSBot back to the top spot we once claimed in 2013/2014. I like the idea of packages. Limited times of usage could work if the pricing is correct. As long as scripters don't end up losing money (there isn't much left to lose as it is).

Within a certain limit you don't have to pay taxes. Look it up on the www.belastingdienst.nl website. Beyond that you are applicable for taxes, but you should check it out because there are several clauses that may / may not make you applicable for paying taxes. Also, I'm not sure what the dutch law is on selling virtual items & goods, it would be smart to look that up too (virtuele goederen).

Hi there! I see all over the forums the amazing scripts available for users, however there are many problems with pricing and duration of script usage. Idea 1: It turns out many people do not need a script permanently, perhaps it may be just to train certain skills to a certain level, i.e. 56 Agility. This may only require having access to a script for a certain time. Often this results in many people simply not buying a script at all, and the scripter/osbot has now lost out in revenue. I propose that it would be a good idea to give options of paying $2 for a 30-day usage of a script, or $5 for permanently buying it. Many people are reluctant paying for a script for permanent usage when really, they may only need 4-5 days of usage of the actual script. I really think there are many opportunities to cash in on lots of "small amounts" payments on scripts. Idea 2: Another idea I think is great is offering "script packages", where you could get a bunch of different scripts, such as agility + mining + smithing + wcing for example, for a "package" deal. This may require either the same scripter on all scripts in the package, or scripters collaboration. However this could be a pretty good deal. Furthermore - this package could have a duration of say 30-60 day durations. This is because many people are starting out new accounts and merely need quest requirements, and don't really need to bot everything to 99.

Some scripts are monthly and it indicates under the price, e.g. 4.99, then 2.49 monthly, however the scripts that don't say monthly are indeed one-time payment forever :P CzarExperiments is one-time payment forever :P

Hey, so after the update some scripts are still bugging out for me. I've tried a couple scripts such as Druidkillah and the Mage training arena script. Both work fine on normal client but on the mirrorclient the bot just fails after a while and just stands still or messes up by spam clicking minimap etc. It works OK for some scripts but not for a few. BTW my mirrorclient is up to date as well as my OSBot client. Any suggestions? Don't really wanna run any of these scripts in normal mode due to the very high ban rates at these areas.

There is currently small delay before changes like object spawned/deleted reach mirror client, which is due to data caching. Will be fixed on 1.04

THE ULTIMATE GRANITE MAUL PURE GUIDE (WIP) What is a granite maul pure? A granite maul pure is a 1 defense pure that keeps their attack at 50 rather than 60. The pros of making one is that you will have low combat, great combos, and cheap risks. The cons of making one is you won't be able to use any dragon weapons, and you would mainly rely on your granite maul special attack. It is possible to make a 15 prayer granite maul pure, but training would be harder, and completing quests would be a pain. However, you would be at the lowest combat you can achieve while being a fully quested granite maul pure. Skills & Quests Before we start making our pure, we need knowledge of what skills we need and what quests we need to complete. Skills (From lowest to highest): Quests (Categorized): It is recommended to do quests first before you train, just in case you don't go over level 50 attack. Making use of F2P If you want to save membership days, you can stick with F2P until you feel like you are ready to turn into a member. What I would do is train up the stats needed for quests. Quests you can complete: Imp Catcher (Magic exp) Witch's Potion (Magic exp) The Restless Ghost (For accumulator) Ernest the Chicken (For accumulator) Cooks' Assistant (For RFD) Goblin Diplomacy (For RFD subquest) Demon Slayer (For RFD subquest) Vampire slayer (With 13 magic, great attack level boost) The Knight's Sword (For a 1-29 smithing boost) Once out of Tutorial Island, start woodcutting in the woods behind Lumbridge Castle, and burn the logs until you reach 15 woodcutting. Go to Draynor and either start fishing to 10, or woodcutting to level 30, then move onto willows Cook all shrimps caught Travel to Rimmington and start Witch's Potion. Go to the house north of the Witch's house, climb up the stairs, and take the Bronze Scimitar on the table. Get the items needed for the quest, then kill imps south of Falador for beads (Near the gate, will take a shitload of time) Train on chickens in the pen until you reach level 10 attack/strength. Travel to the Wizard's Tower and complete Imp Catcher. Go back to Lumbridge, bring some shrimp, and kill cows and bank cowhides. Gather enough cowhides for 10 crafting, as you will be getting the rest of your crafting levels spinning flax. From here, you can either continue fishing and cooking until you are able to fly-fish. Then you can just fly-fish at Barbarian Village, cook the fish, then train in the stronghold, or just drop/bank them. SPLASHING Requirements: -40 Ranged (Required for green d'hide vambraces) -30 Attack (Optional, for Smoke Battlestaff) -30 Mage (13 if using regular staff) -Accept Aid OFF For splashing, you would need at least -65 magic bonus to constantly hit 0's, while still obtaining the cast exp. Typical Setup: Now that bonds have been introduced, people are able to kill splashers in PvP worlds even though they have accept aid off. It is recommended to find a concealed location to splash and only bring enough runes for 6 hours of being afk. (7200-7600) EXP Rates: Mind Runes - 13.9k p/hr Chaos Runes - 27k p/hr Death Runes - 41.3k p/hr Blood Runes - 50.7k p/hr (MORE WILL BE ADDED SOON)

Change ure IP or use a VPN, if you want to just babysit your bots by taking over and doing a trip every couple trips in order to add human err to it.

Accepting RS or OSRS GP?

Could the scripting section get its own section instead of having to share one with programming? Its subsections aren't easy to find. As it is, the graphics section is more clear and easy to navigate. Propositions: Split scripting and programming into two separate sections. Give the new scripting section the following subsections: Scripting Tutorials Snippets Projects Help desk The way it's currently structured is really uninviting and impractical imo. Cheers. Yes, you do need to be VIP+ to access the mirrorclient. So far many people have used it with no bans so far, so I guess it really is working. Also, you can buy VIP by going to the Home page and then clicking PREMIUM SCRIPTS on the top of the screen, then select the option to become VIP or whatever you want on the page that opens, and then you just pay.

Mirror Client works wonders

Im running only 1 mirror Client with 3 bots currently. 1 Main botting. 2 botting yews for Money. I use 2 Clients from the runescape website The downloadble one then i go and use the regular runescape website . I just went to settings in the bot and added the 3 accounts i use and then on add bot you click the 3 accounts you wish to use. Dont add them to Fast or the client may bug out. Also When you have them all running dont mess with them/ Switch to the other bots to check on them alot. This may cause the client to crash/Freeze/Make the client Very slow and unusable. My advice when having All 3 running Check on them every 20 minutes or so Smoothly Any problems pm me I would love to post a picture but I have no idea how to
