It's that time of my life where I really need to lay down my cards on the table and see what and who I want to become. You have no idea how much I love and STILL love this community, I've done good and bad, all I can say it thank god for both as I was able to learn from both. People look at this forum as a side hobby, something to waste time on but you don't realise how much you indirectly learn from eachother. I've spoken to people from all around the world, smart people, dumb people, religious followers, pro-nazis. All sorts of people and have learned so much from all of you. You have truly taught me alot and helped me mature into the guy that I am. I wish you all the best and success in the future to you and all your loved ones. Be free thinkers, be honest and stick to your word cause your word is the only thing that stays past your death, take away hate and learn to appreciate and love the people around you. If I'm buying something and I get tricked into a 'PM trap', I should be responsible since I'm the one who fell for it and it directly caused someone to get scammed. If an impostor just has a similar Skype and scams, that's the sellers fault. If the impostor gets the buyer to PM and tricks them, it should be the buyers fault - whoever got tricked into the PM trap - since they weren't careful enough. It's also the sellers fault, but still mainly the buyers (or whoever is the trusted seller making the other person go first). Too many instances of this going on and impostors are getting away with it - if it's even an impostor.

You made the deal over a thread posted by him and you replied giving him your terms. You mentioned no T.o.s, so he was never given one or agreed to it. Just because you have service thread doesn't mean he read it or replied to it. He isn't agreeing to your t.o.s anywhere. It doesn't seem like you were trying to scam, you just are really bad at services and won't be allowed to have a service shop on our OSBot anymore.

The user provided you with the imposters skype correct? Can we resolve that username and get the IP and check that against OSBots community.

It seems he ordered and paid for 2 VPS? You only provided one, you need to refund him for the 2nd one you never gave him. You have 36 hours to refund him for 1 vps that you never gave him. He doesn't want the VPS as you didn't deliver in the time frame you were supposed to, so he will be needing a full refund.

Because it sucks. The only thing that is keeping community is that osbot was developed quickly so there was not much of choice which bot u want to use, now we have plenty of better bots. But yh, I wont move cuz i spent too much time on developing current scripts.

Hello OSBoticans, I've finally finished the OSBot 2.1.1 release. It might be missing some features as previously planned such as fully working randoms. However, it's a big step up! The bot's API is nearly as stable, or even better than OSBot 1's and its CPU usage has drastically dropped! We're still working on refining it further. We've redesigned the GUI somewhat to optimize it for low-resolution machines. SOCKS proxy support has started to be added (but has not been tested!). Additionally, the packaging of OSBot 2.1.X has changed somewhat. Script writers will simply need to re-import any moved classes. I'm sure this guy didn't mean to get your account banned, I feel bad for both parties, but we have to come to some sort of agreement if the appeal gets denied. What are you wanting in compensation if he is willing to refund. I know there isn't a price tag on a main like that.

Refund isn't necessary, no need to go into details, but you provided a fully functioning product, the user wasn't happy, there was no refund clause in your agreement. No refund will be given just because the user isn't happy with the product, especially since it is exactly what you claimed it would be. Dispute closed.

If I were you I would contact jagex via twitter they respond fast and just tell them you were hacked etc to check ips this has been your account for years you would never share or give this account away. Tell them the guy that hacked you sent you a link to a fake runescape and now you are banned

I think this would be minimized if there were more scripter restrictions. I feel like half of the time people don't update or their script has consistent bugs is because of their lack of knowledge on how to fix it.
