Decode was mod, you're right about that. but he was also not mod after he was mod. and now he's mod after he was not mod after he was mod. if you follow me

    he was not mod for a while, he was TWC for a while, dunno the reasoning behind it or anything but when I first came back into the scene he was selling zulrah accounts with Maldestos okay with a TWC.

     

    Two days ago he was a global mod, don't know if he was a mod in the past or not
