Yes but that requires some actual work. Making accounts is pretty easy

Well you gotta think of names, register the accounts, verify email (I think), then keep a track of all your accounts, log into them all regularly and post around the forms, ask for trials etc that's work too.

Do you not know how manpassword saving apps/sites there are? Also, if you use Apple it can save it by default without any app and when logging in, it will give you a list of saved usernames. You click on a name and it auto fills the password.
