Super Mod/Global Mod

We are going back to global/super mod positions. There will be a maximum of 3 Super mods and each month I will evaluate the staff team and see who deserves. There doesn't have to be 3 super mods, there can be 5 globals and 1 super mod, 3 and 3. It isn't set in stone. Stand by as ranks change, don't panic or freak out or make posts.

More ACP permissions, higher rank in general just like s2>s3. Same permissions just a more valued rank.
