Thanks for the report. The customs officer, observatory and eagle peak issues are bot related, and are being worked on. Next version should have those fixed. The item buying is something we can fix by upping the buy price, but this will effect all items.

I pushed a fix that improves stamina usage. I also recommend using the dev build of the client over the stable version, as it will have (webwalker) bugs fixed sooner

You can't just check for config > 0 for all of them, some quests use a certain bitrange.
