You were probably banned for your macros, JaGeX doesn't ban on demand because they don't want botters to be able to pinpoint their anti bot progression. This is another reason they installed delay bans.

You're always chatting a storm in the chatbox so don't try to blame social anxiety as a reason to avoid a clearly justifiable limitation. And even if you were, you have the equal opportunity to to grasp through, if you really had a problem with social anxiety you'd probably be even more likely to fear conflict so you wouldn't have even made this post. i know for a fact even one of our moderators @Noah was a very shy character and still is today but has came through enough to become even staff. If you don't see what this limitation could possibly avoid then you're incredibly blind.
