I usually let the moderators handle the disputes unless they ask for help with them, I usually read every dispute when I get a minute and read how the moderators are handling it and every one I've read has been fine. The moderators can't force anything or rush anything. Like @Jordan said we have two approaches to get the user to refund and we have to determine which one we need to use. All we care about in the end is getting the user refunded as soon as possible and a user that scams out of here.

Well if you don't use your head, you end up regretting it and will learn from the mistakes. They still buy the shiny car, but will regret it and next time go with a better mind set. We can't eliminate all the mistakes people make, but we can reduce them.

We will use our own discretion, we won't allow someone to undercut by a lot or make the script to cheap. If someone wants to sell a WC for $10, and someone wants to do 6-9 we will allow it, of course we won't allow it to get under $5.00. You have to realize your name has a lot to do with your sales. If you tell me right now I can buy a script from example: Bobby for $5.00, or buy the same script from Swizzbeat for 7.99. I am obviously going to buy from an OSD, with a great reputation for updating his scripts and keeping them running.

We're going to be removing the mandatory renewals for scripts within 72 hours. We've decided that last night, I'm not going to sit around and restrict people like this and have our users charged 4.99 for a fishing script one time payment on OSBot 1. We transition to OSBot 2 and its 9.99 with a 4.99/month renewal. We will allow undercutting, but at our discretion. We won't allow someone to release a fishing script for $.50, but if someone has one at $9.99, we will allow someone to go lower, but not low enough to ruin the whole thing for every one. We currently have 0 restrictions on releasing free scripts, so right now someone can release an AIO Miner for free, but can't release it for $7.99, how stupid is that honestly. Tl:dr No more mandatory renewals No more mandatory over priced scripts.

Feel free to put my name up there as a support since week 1 of my administration. The bot is dying, and dying fast, It's right now, do you want to continue to be a successful bot or let it die. The choice is yours developers. The community is ready for a power move, do you want it to survive, this is a necessary step in making that happen. If you want it to die, ignore them and give none of them access. It is a simple transition for a few TRUSTED/DEDICATED script writers. For the long run of OSBot, you need to do this now, if nothing is done the bot/community won't be around in a few months, which is devastating to those of us who love it.

I am all for removing mandatory monthly renewals, because when I suggested it, it was totally different. They took my idea and twisted it and screwed the whole damn thing up.

Only thing was you didn't tell anyone and left us with a few refund requests. We could have removed your script from the store with a simple pm, but I guess that was hard.
