There should be 0 risk involved if it is 5 or 500M, you hire the workers, you are responsible for them. @Freak recover the account for the user if he doesn't have it. From now on if he gets "hacked" you aren't responsible, he is obviously having security issues and needs to be more safe. He can't run to you every time he gets hacked and expect you to recover. For all we know he could sell the account and come to you claiming hacked and you scam that guy for him.
