Actually they don't, they have always monitored some areas more heavily than in others, based upon bans in that area, and that way they are able to focus on particular areas, rather than wasting a bunch of resource scanning the entire game world in hopes of finding a bot. Also this doesn't mean those spots are off-limits in anyway, it just means if you choose to bot in those areas, use a script that in your mind best replicates your playing style, have it try to match your playing profile in hopes of getting past the chance of them profiling you and seeing the difference of when you were playing legit, to when you botted.

Why not just use a proxy and boot up OSBot with bat file? No programs needed, and you can buy proxies all over google for cheap.

CS Phtotoshop mainly, and it you want to do 3D effects then you can use C4D. If you want to make 3D Models, then a good combo is, Blender or 3DS Max, CS Phtoshop, and zBrush for sculpting. And there are tons of after effects programs you can use to further enhance quality.

Get a proxy then, becasue yes they can chain ban you purely using your IP, and you may risk losing your main.
