Can you provide proof that you were talking to the Skype he claimed was not his? Just click view profile and show the Skype name in unison with the conversation that took place, an example is shown below - Thank you. -
More evidence regarding conversation would help; considering the alternate dispute you've provided has evidence that was shown to the Moderator in private. Could you show me more logs either from back then, or recently including him denying it was actually him?

If you said you'd pay him after the trade and he failed the firecape, he has the liberty to not redo the firecape and not take a payment. Did you pay the user to complete the firecape or was this a service for a friend for free? More information would help immensely.
