    From the looks of it, you've never specified the way in which you'd like the account to be trained in order to avoid going over 60 attack unless you can show otherwise. Also, you will need to receive a refund for what has not been completed thus far, which you and @Trustmybet can negotiate. As far as the neutral is concerned, the user has not done anything wrong from my perspective, instead you've failed to clarify exactly how you preferred the account to receive the training. Not to mention, your overall demeanor throughout the trade is quite offensive regarding the language and derogatory statements used throughout the ordeal.

  14. Thank you both for clearing my confusion, the user @ReaLife has been asked to respond here with an explanation to the evidence above.

In the logs the user has posted, you said "in your case you could of atleast gave us a notice u were going off" which sounds as if this is the first time you've ever mentioned anything to the user about providing you with a notification when he goes offline but it is not directly ordering him to do this for future reference. Sadly with what the both of you have shown I cannot take any action against either user since in all actuality, either of you could have done this.
