After looking at the VPS myself I was able to open two clients easily and even open tabs on both clients, sadly there is nothing I can do for you since it is fully functional. Dispute Closed.
If you could please send me the details to the VPS so that I can attempt to run atleast 2 clients. If I cannot run the minimum of what the user has promised the you will be eligible for a refund.
If it is an ear infection on the outer portion of the ear (still inside the hole, just not deep), pour alcohol into it and let it kill the impurities for around five minutes flat. If you feel it deep inside your ear, and it is causing you a headache, you will have to go to the doctor and buy antibiotics in order to cure it. Goodluck, I hope you feel better soon!
Unless you can prove that the VPS does not have the exact specs as he has listed, there is nothing we can do considering he has offered to replace the product. Please post pictures of the VPS specs and proof that it does not work correctly. Thank you.

The user has been banned for offsite scamming, and can return once he refunds the user he has scammed. Upon returning however, he will be in TWC indefinitely. Dispute Closed.
Post an appeal here, and I will handle it as soon as possible.
