Judging by the symptoms you're receiving I'd definitely presume you have shin splints which can be fixed by non-impact exercises such as swimming. Usually they heal after you're not using your legs that often in approximately 2-3 weeks. I know how painful and annoying they may be, and I hope that if you do go to a doctor (which I suggest doing) it isn't something worse.

I'd say you can fetch (if account is left as is) probably around 30m.

I prefer anything that produces raw materials so you spend less time managing your bots, such as woodcutting etc; however I hear tab making is quite profitable even though you'll have to re-stock your bots quite often depending on the gold you have throughout your accounts.
