  1. You could have purchased a bond from an alternate user, not sure what you're getting at. You'll be refunded the amount that Nick has stated; please respond here with confirmation that you've received the payment.
  2. Post here when you've refunded the quoted amount, thank you.
  3. Please supply me with screenshots of conversation, word of mouth is not tangible evidence.
  4. Correct, please alert me when you've refunded the user. Thank you.
  5. If the user never stated he would be doing the service himself there is nothing I can do for you. Did you and him ever talk about the method he would be using in order to service your account? Also he is not responsible for refunding 50% of the bond, just the account itself.Thank you.
  6. If you could provide evidence to the second statement you've made that would help a lot. Also the user will have to refund you 50% of the price that you've paid for the account whatever that may be.
  7. The user has been asked to respond here within 24 hours. Thank you.

It's scary just thinking about it.
  9. The trade you're referencing to is separate from the one we're currently discussing, also Nike has yet to prove that statement and I'll handle that as soon as more information/evidence is presented. Who was the last person to log into the account before it was banned (please provide evidence)? The last person to login has obviously botted the account and will receive a negative feedback for directly lying to their customer. Thank you.
  10. I will try my best to produce something like this when I have the free-time, I do support this 100%.
  11. I am sorry but this will not be implemented, thank you for the suggestion.
  12. If you have a problem with the user, feel free to work it out over private message. Thank you.

  15. Thank you for the heads up @Laz, keep up the good work developers.
  16. Moved to the correct section.
  17. Evidence of what you proclaim would be extremely helpful. And either way, him logging onto the account still doesn't explain the reason he was banned for a service that was supposed to be completely done - by hand. Thank you.
  18. Confirmed, the user must be refunded 50% of the two accounts that have been banned and also any uncompleted and/or failed services will also need to be compensated aswell, thank you.
  19. If an order is done by hand then there is no possible way to receive a ban. With that being said, your T.O.S is voided considering you're indeed responsible for the ban that was given on his account since you were supposed to be completing the service by hand. Whoever failed the service will recieve a negative, and the OP must be refunded in full within the next 24 hours, thank you.
  20. Please update your post following the required template. Thank you.

Approved, sorry for any minor delays my friend.
  22. If he signs in and ignores the dispute at that moment we'll take action against the user but until then we'll have to wait, thank you for your patience.
  23. The user has been asked to respond here, please be patient and wait for his response. Thank you.
