You do not have the right to chargeback funds when you have received goods from the service. that is scamming period. you could have worked it out with the service provider if you had been more clear. This back and forth comments are going nowhere. Please refund him on paypal in the next 24hrs or you will be banned for scamming. You and @D Bolter can work something out in the meantime.
