Ok we're gonna settle this and put this to rest. Let me analyse the situation and give my understanding and I will issue the final solution which you guys must get to in 7 days. 1) http://prnt.sc/c3agkt @Devry123 You and Trump and Services agree that Trump will be responsible for recoveries? This was something you pushed for. Therefore Services will not be inclined to fully refund you. Also a side note for that log, if you know what account Trump created on that site I would suggest you report him for scamming offsite. 2) This log adds on from my first point http://prnt.sc/c3agr8 You and Services agree that Trump will be responsible for any recoveries. 3) Services was to buy this account from trump and owed him 5M http://prnt.sc/c3ah55 so you and Trump and Services re-calculate who get's paid what. At this moment of time Services hasn't sold anything. 4) http://prnt.sc/c3ahjn Trump stating he sold the account to services but is waiting on payment (also Services is talking about how he can sell the account for 25m indicating he is somewhat responsible in terms of ownership) 5) You all agree on the prices http://prnt.sc/c3ahxi 4.5M goes to Trump and 21.5m goes to Services. What me and the fellow staff team have agreed on is @@Services issuing half the price of which you bought the account #2 at. So basically, 10.75M Since you are kind enough to allocate him a time period slot of 7 days to refund this will be the set time of refunding for him. Please in the future do not agree on making the OO of the account responsible for recoveries if a person who is not the OO is selling you their account as if you didn't agree on this you'd have been refunded the 21.5M. Also just a note please don't talk about feed back farming ;) @Services you have 7 days to refund Devry 10.75M --Saiyan--

Well how did this transaction work? If trump sent him the info what was your involvement in this trade? Please send me the link of the account sale thread if you have it or send me the chat logs as I do not understand what is going on here with the second account which was sold to Devry.

Regardless, you are fully responsible for an account that you sell even if you're not the OO. Therefore, you will have to refund Devry the money which he paid you for it. I will give you 3 days to refund Devry the full amount of the account sale. This is far more than lenient

I have placed @Services in TWC and asked him to reply here since he sold one of the accounts to you and he is responsible for any recoveries. Should Trump ever return, he will be responsible for refunding you the price of which he sold you the account. I'm assuming you bought the account for 5.5M off Trump? What price was the account from Services bought at? Please comment on this. May I ask why in that skype chat log trump is delivering the account details? Also, have you contacted Services on Skype about this issue? At this moment of time, i'm highly certain that Trump will probably not return the account to Services therefore if that is the case, Services will have to refund you. What's Next: 1) For now, can you send any more chat logs with Services/Trump as that'd be much appreciated. In addition to that, if you can find the link to the account thread sale it'll help us. 2) A screenshot of the account recover page would be appreciated.

@Devry123 screenshots of the levelling up does not prove the fact that you were not botting or using any macro content. Yes you're using OSBuddy in those screenshots but who's to say that you're not botting through mirror mode in the background? Also, I don't see any response towards Jagex's response to Solution of how they clearly said that they detected suspicious activity on the account which was not committed by him. Did you share the account with a worker?

Thanks I will like to ask though was he aware of the hand-done request in the skype chat? Also did he say who would do it i.e himself or a worker in his service? If you have any chat logs of him saying he would do it personally or him saying that he would do it hand-done it'd be much appreciated!

We did not ignore your post as you can see I qouted it and told you to create the dispute separately as we obviously would not be able to handle two disputes in one thread due to the large scale dispute against him in the previous thread. Irrespective of that, thank you for making this dispute. Devry is already in TWC and he is aware of his current active dispute therefore he will be aware of this one too. @Starcraft I looked at that thread and you requested it to be 'hand done'. Did devry contact you through skype? If so please do share the chat logs. If he contacted you through PM report the conversation so we can view it. Also did he agree that he would do it personally or let a worker do it? -Saiyan

From reviewing the evidence (skype chat logs which @Solution had with @Devry123 ) Solution ordered a list of skills for an agreed price of 22m. Devry agreed it would have been personally done by him and not his workers and Devry also agreed that he would do it hand-done. With that being said, his TOS which states that he is not responsible for any bans or mutes will not apply as Solution appealed his ban and Jagex has sent him this http://puu.sh/qu24U/4c616a8bcb.jpg indicating that Solution was not responsible for the macro ban. Therefore, i’ve placed Devry in TWC and I’ve requested him to reply to this active dispute against him.
