I've requested @@Lacoste to reply to this active dispute against him and I've placed him in TWC. @ibockscarbon I've hidden the evidence since it contains your ID and emails but from looking at the above chat logs, you set the recovery to your own personal email. Please provide us a screenshot of the account showing us that the recovery email was changed and it does not match the email in the screenshot (the one you requested it to be changed to) Thanks

Botting isn't really instaban as you can see there's thousands of users who bot daily yes the possibility of a ban is high but if you bot safely and use the right scripts etc it really shouldn't be a problem I mean if you were to bot 24h you'd obviously expect a ban however if you bot let's say 3hours there'd be a lower chance but this doesn't mean that's always the case. It just depends on your luck lol No-one knows the actual ban rates. Good luck tho, should you need to ask any questions you can PM me or drop by in the chatbox. I've asked @@Rhodry to reply here and explain on his end. I can't remove your feedback straight off the bat without listening to his side of the story. Therefore I will address the current evidence: 1) Jamez says a day or two max with a 'hopefully' which follows his estimation message, yes that doesn't mean he's exempt from the time frame but usually we'd expect in circumstances an allowance of 2 days before leaving neutral/negative feedback. As a service owner he should try and keep strict to his time frames but at the end of the day he does not have control over situations. You may say 'What if that was just a lie and his worker wasn't having a personal circumstance irl' ? Well regardless of the fact time frames are just estimations and usually they're not 'binding' as I don't see him saying he'll get it done for sure in 1-2 days. 2) I assume Jamez's worker did the full service? I've requested his worker @vacalao to confirm. 3) Rhodry if you could provide some evidence on your end on why the feedback should stay it'd be appreciated.

Ok, waiting on you to get more evidence. He might be from UK I am too, but an IP matching geo-location still isn't sufficient enough in proving anything as you'd expect someone to use a proxy or a vpn from another location and not the same geo-location.

Thank you for this it seems @Rockwings was to blame for having common passwords. Suggesting that he doesn't really care about his own accounts as he basically confirms it in the final message @@Rockwings if you didn't bother with a secure password, it could have just been your obviousness which got you into this situation which you're already in. Why would you not care about your account and then dispute it when your account faces the consequences of your actions? This doesn't clear FletchingNL of the allegations but it also does not put you in a good position either.

I've asked @@FletchingNL to reply to this active dispute against him. I've also asked @@Realist to participate since he was the MM. @@Rockwings 1) The IP of the email logs do not match any OSBot member or FletchingNL. Yes you can say proxies/vpn but this doesn't prove he recovered it. 2) As realist was baffled in the chat logs, recovering an account normally changes the active email to the request of the recoverer but since your email was compromised the password was reset quite a few times. I mean maybe it could be a Skype issue but I can't say for sure because afaik will there not be a question mark in the circle if you were deleted or blocked? At this moment of time we can't say for sure Fletching recovered your account since sure there is that off-chance he did but there's also the chance that he did not since there is no concrete evidence for your side or his side. Therefore he has not been placed in TWC and I will wait for him to reply here should he have any proof on his end that he did not do this. P.S if possible could realist confirm some of the facts i.e account trade price. Yes I know it says 60m but I'll need him to re-confirm that in this dispute @Rockwings for now try and acquire more evidence and possibly if you can since we cannot make FletchingNL refund without any mitgating evidence suggesting he did this in the first place. Could you confirm that you did not download anything malicious or anything possibly malicious? Since this more likely the probable cause or maybe your email was leaked.
