Building a computer is like lego's for adults. It takes literally 2-3 hours MAX if you have no idea what you are doing and are just reading shit off the manual piece by piece.

Basically some textures on some games don't load fully until I walk close enough and then the texture "pops in" out of nowhere. Or shadows don't start rendering properly until I start walking close enough to the specified object. I've already tried a fresh install of Windows and uninstalled + reinstalled new drivers for my graphics card, and temps don't go past 70c+. Any solution? Some examples:

Some things to note if you plan on upgrading in the future: 1) Invest in some artic silver thermal paste and an aftermarket cpu cooler. Don't ask why, you'll thank me later. 2) If you got some extra money to spend, splurge a bit on a more powerful PSU.
