Dear community, Today our server faced something we would have expected the least; failure of two SSD hard drives. Unfortunately the hosting company responded very slow on this occasion but @Zach worked very hard to get everything back up and running. The hardware was replaced with new hardware and the server was re-installed. Our back-ups were pretty much up to date, we might have only lost a couple of hours of the database. What did we learn from this? Don't rely on SSD's not breaking down, have multiple backups available. If you have lost posts or threads you made in those couple of hours between our last back-up and the server failure, please repost yours if important. If you forgot what you post in your thread you could use Google's webcache for example. We are very sorry for your inconvenience and are happy we can shrug of the stress this brought with it today. The bot server is back online as well as the forums. Various parts of the website / server are not working as they should yet, this will get straightened out over the next few hours. If you encounter any problems or issues, please report them. NOTE: The bot server is still being configured, this means that for some it will work, for others it won't. So recently I got all of my accounts except one banned. Bot 1: Mirror only, main Bot 2: No mirror, back-up main (lol) Bot 3: No mirror, goldfarmer Bot 4: No mirror, goldfarmer Bot 5: No mirror, soon-to-be goldfarmer So, I had botted the shit out of accounts 1-4, using mirror on only the #1. All botted recently. Was going to train up a 3rd goldfarming account and went to Gnome Agility Course, being the fuck-up that I am, I fell asleep and it ran for 6h and obviously a J-Mod came by. No other accounts were logged in and I always delete random.dat. Needless to say, bot 2-5, all using the normal client got hammered with a permanent ban but #1 was completely untouched. Conclusion: Mirror client is undetectable (just as promised), the only bans happening on this is if you get caught LIVE by a j-mod and he monitors you and sees bot-like behavior. Even though every script writer strives to make their scripts as human-like as possible, it's still not hard to tell when someone is botting based on their stats, banks and behavior (if you monitor). However, once you're done botting and haven't been caught - you're 100% safe (never recieved a delayed ban once I'm done botting and I've gotten several 99s, been reported and also botted A LOT (15h a day). Normal client can however be easily detected and you will even recieve delayed bans because of this. But still not automatically, meaning jagex cant just press a button to see everyone whos ever used a botting client, they'll have to manually check you or bump into you in-game. The bump into you in-game thing is based on something that happened over a year ago. During bot busting event jmods went to green dragons (streaming) and killed bots (loots for everyone) and then banned them, however during this event they kept warning people who have ever botted their accounts to not come near the j-mods, however some people still did and they got banned instantly, as if they had some kind of tool that automatically looked up people standing close to the jmods. Keep in mind that these things are based on MY EXPERIENCE and are not set in stone, I've botted for a very long time and that's what I've come up with.

Obby mauler! Great fun, if youre intro risk fighting and an easy account to make I def recommend them. If you get tired of them being a mauler you can simply get attack and make them a gmauler, or even an obby tank! Very fun accs. If you dont like obby maulers, you should make a 1-75-1 def pure. If u can afford dfs + serpentine they literally make crazy bank staking, plus theyre fun in wild cuz you can kill people while afk lol! -Hopefully this helps you narrow down your choice

Ok it just happened again. I tried to train up 2 new goldfarmers and a void PKer. Using mirror on the voider and non-mirror on the others. Went to MLM on goldfarmers and ranging guild on voider. This was during the weekend when jmods arent even on, so no live bans occured. I log on now to find 2/3 accounts banned, I'll let you guess which. Regarding my main, I botted 16h/day for over two weeks straight, people walked by me when I wasnt paying attention and talked to me and then called me a bot "reported", no bans. Careful enough to use mirror but that's the only difference. IT IS safer. Don't know why you're against it, your scripts don't work properly on it?

Hey, as you guys all know, the site and bot was down on Sunday. However, there was no update on the status of the site, and I thought it would be good to have an official site and post updates through there. In this way, users can be kept updated and we don't have to constantly check the site every 30mins to see if its back up. P.S. I found a Osbot facebook page but it seems to be outdated.

Make me a signature + avatar. I think it is time to move on.

Would personally take upon the responsibility of updating the Facebook/Twitter page with content if would want someone to do it if none of the current staff wants to. I think this is a good idea.

Ever been banned? Banned even using the most premium of scripts? Banned while only botting for a couple hours? Well, I have a theory as to how JaGex is distinguishing humans from bots apart from injection. Before I go further, let me brief you on something most programmers know and most others don't. Let's say you're cutting maple logs at Seers. The moment that tree is cut down, I have a feeling JaGex takes note of the time that action was completed as such: 21:59:46: Your tree was cut down. (completed action) JaGex may also take note of the time you begin your next action and what it does. Then you click on the next tree available, or in this case, the same tree after it respawns: 22:00:16 Player begins cutting another tree. (new action initiated) We find that the difference in time the action was complete and the next action was initiated is 30 seconds (21:59:46 + 00:00:30 = 22:00:16). Imagine doing this for hundreds of hours and that difference between completed action and next action is ALWAYS 30 seconds. Pretty predictable and bot-like, wouldn't you say? To counter this, most programmers would know to wait a random duration after the completed action before starting the next one. The code in bot scripts have something along the lines of "Sleep(1-6);". What this entails is the bot to wait anywhere from 1 second to 6 seconds before starting the next action. In theory, this would make it harder for JaGex to spot a pattern; however, it's just as easy to spot a bot-like pattern. Throw a 6 sided dice 100 times. What's the probability that 1 was rolled? It'll be roughly the same as 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 (~0.17 x 100 = ~17% chance for a number to be rolled) As expected because rolling a dice should be random. The probability of each face of that dice should be the same as the next face of that dice. Nonetheless, human behavior is not nearly as related to the randomness of throwing a dice. Humans are inclined to lean a particular way. So when it comes to time between completing tasks and beginning another, it's not going to look like the graph of 100 dice rolls. It may look more like this: All while the graph of a bot might look like this: I'm not much of a programmer myself, but this theory does have some merit to it. If you can add to this, please do so below. If you think this is a bad theory, please let me know why. Also, let me know what you think JaGex does to distinguish humans from bots. What's the fix? How do you program "human behavior" into code? That's difficult; however, there may be an easy, temporary solution. Random numbers in the Java code currently are thrown through a Math method called a random number generator. Perhaps we could roll 2 dice instead of one and get something that looks a little more human-like:

Will be open in the summer I am efficient on doing pure quests I do have 6-7 hours a day and all days on weekends right now and I could possibly do it but it would be way to stressful atm balancing with school but will hit you up if I have time if you ever need me to do specific quests I can do them easily I can start pures of with waterfall , mm , lost city , mountain daughter , horror from the deep , desert treasure , rfd and many more

Out of all Osbot there is not a single legit magic training script that offers curses, superheating, stun-alch, jewelery stringing and a multiple of other spells.... 4-5 have closed because they are outdated and only 1 is working for mage training arena. Scripters where are you, please for the love of god release something. As of currently there's only a high alching script called "APA Auto Alcher" that works legitely. Only Alching.
