Sigh. There's A1 & A2 fats, no exercise targets a particular spot to burn fat. That's a myth, A1 fat is what the body targets first as a primary source of energy, once you run out of A1 fat your body is forced to burn A2 fats which is much harder, this is located in a few places but primary place is lower torso and around the waist. The best way to consistently lose fat is Zone 1-3 jogging for 40 - 90 minutes. First 20 minutes your body burns Carbs + Sugars, after 20minutes~ goes to fat as it's source. Losing fat is very easy, however if you don't have any muscle that will make your skin flabby so if you can do good core exercises that will give you an overall aesthetic body I however don't like the fact that people only feel the need to train prior to summer, I'd never do something I don't like just to please others. Train cause you enjoy feeling healthy and living an overall better life, otherwise, don't bother. And as far as diets go, eat all you want, you're young. People here think you need particular diets which is horse-shit unless your trying to accelerate performance wise which doesn't seem to be your case. You burn energy faster than a steam train, just make sure you're physically active

Contrary to popular belief, ab exercises will not strip down lower belly fat. You see, bodyfat cannot be lost in one specific area, there is no spot reduction when you talk about the human body. To lose that fat, you need to lower your overall bodyfat. How can you do that? Well, you need to go on a caloric deficit, meaning you're burning more calories than you are eating. Cardio helps, or you can count your calories. Abdominal workouts will tighten your core and give you a more aesthetic look when you strip down that bodyfat, but it will not (by itself) strip down your bellyfat. Hey guys, I think I just found a possible way to block a PayPal chargeback from occurring. This was shared to me by a friend of mine, so kudos to him. 1. First off, have your customer send you the money. 2. Next, ask your customer to open a case against you. 3. Ask your customer to cancel the case. 4. This makes the payment undisputable, and no more claims can be opened for this payment. 5. Sleep well knowing that you won't be chargebacked. Anyone tried this before? I cannot verify that this actually works, but I have high hopes. Frequently asked question: Question: Can't the buyer just call PayPal to re-open the case, claiming that their PayPal account was stolen? Answer: Well, to prevent that from happening, you have to provide some protection for yourself, by yourself. The thing to do is to check the IP of the person attempting to buy gold from you. I believe this should work by copying and pasting their Skype name into some service, that tells you the IP address based on the Skype name. Then, you look at the address/location mentioned on the P.P. account. If the IP address location can be pinpointed near/on the area mentioned on their P.P. account settings, you know that the actual owner is using the account. One thing you have to look out for is the use of a VPN. Usually, this will provide you with a different IP address, leading you to a different location in the world (not near the PayPal address), or it will generate an error when searched for, in the Skype-IP search locator/database. Why asking for a government issued photo-ID may not work so well. First off, you are at risk of receiving a fake piece of ID. I know not of any way to verify the authentacy of a piece of ID, due to the fact that there are beyond countless types of ID in the vast world and many countries we live in today. I have recently had a payment reversed, even when the man provided me with a piece of ID. PayPal did not bother to even reply to the message and file I sent to them, with the photo of the ID, that was my main defence for my claim that the buyer's PayPal account wasn't stolen. I know not if they just decided to give the buyer his money back, or the ID was a fake, since I got no reply from PayPal. Another thing is that many people that buy RSGP are young... meaning that they don't actually have a piece of ID to provide for a seller. Of course, there is a passport and health card, but what parent would allow their child to reveal that sensitive information to a third-party? Thread still under construction.

Ignore the above posts, those 5 minute "destroyers" won't do anything for your goals. First off DISREGARD weight, it means nothing. The winner of the Crossfit games is considered by many to be the fittest person in the world but a scale would tell you he's obese. You also cannot lose fat from just one specific part of your body but it comes off as a whole. The best thing for you would be a lot of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and crossfit style workouts. If you want I can post mine when I get on a computer.

The ranks we have now are pointless. SDN Scripter should be just "Script Writer", and OSD shouldn't even be a thing considering it's really just a pathetic version of Scholar as it only pertains to writing scripts. There needs to be at least someway to recognize highly intelligent people like and not @harrynoob so they can stand out from the rest. Lot's more programmers would be active here if they got something for helping out (since 99% of them cba to make a script).
