You can start making profit at level 6 or 7 on sapphire rings, i think then you can do emerald rings and then start doing ruby bolts later on.

 

ruby bolts are like 400k/h like 49 magic so pretty low req fast gp.

Honestly I wouldn't mind making a magic script. 

The last one I made was over a year ago and I have become a far better programmer since then. :P
