Potions are useless. None of the courses take up that much energy that you'll need pots (other than maybe Al-Kharid), as long as you bank all your gear and weight as little as possible you'll be fine. And like it will come down with a bad camera angle and just sit there looking for the tree moving the mouse all over and then after about 15 seconds of that it will turn and click near the tree, sometimes in the building behind the tree.
