Space
Runefest is coming soon and I’m curious as to what people’s outlook on the bot busting streams are. Within the past few runefests there have been bot busting streams. Basically for anyone who hasn’t watched them it’s a stream by jagex where they put all the botted accounts on one world which are suspected and have been monitored for botting. Once these accounts have been put into another world you can’t log out or change worlds apparently and the jagex staff go through and manually permanently ban accounts, any accounts that were missed are manually banned after. For those of us who are bothered about our accounts that we bot, what would the likelihood of being caught throughout runefest for botting be? Is there a cut off people here would recommend not to bot from set date-set date? Do they mainly go after farms or does it extend into single people? i don’t expect anyone to know all the answers but a little bit insight would be better for all of us here to share views on what we think. Stuggles
I know a couple of single people who were caught. It seems they literally go for any bot, weather it's a big farm or a one main account ect..
Lost Panda
They go for everything, usually aim for gold farmers I'd say just take a break a day before/after the stream to be on the safe side.

Space
Runefest is the 4th & 5th of October this year. I believe we are safe for now as long as we stick to our routines. I would think that the stream would be on the 4th or possibly even both.

ez11
ngl those bot busting streams always look fake as fuck They always show woodcutters/blast furnace bots that also for some reason have few hundred million of gp on them Probably because they know that showing farm accounts with a few mill in supplies on them doesnt look like they achieve anything
